This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access our website, certain information is automatically collected in server log files, including your browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, time of access, and the page visited.

This data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a stable and secure website. 4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

5. Contact Form

When you submit a request via our contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, optionally: company, message) is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry and any follow-up questions.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data you submit via the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been fully addressed). Mandatory legal provisions, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.

Contact form data is transmitted via SMTP (email) through a serverless function hosted by Vercel. The data is not stored in a database but is forwarded to us exclusively by email.

6. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for consistent typography. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache.

For this purpose, your browser must establish a connection to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address. The use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in a uniform and appealing presentation of our website.

7. Google Maps (Embed)

We embed maps from Google Maps by Google LLC on our website. The integration is done as an iFrame embed without an API key. When loading the map, your browser establishes a connection to Google's servers, whereby your IP address is transmitted to Google.

8. Font Awesome (CDN)

For consistent icon display, we use Font Awesome, delivered via the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit our website, your browser connects to Cloudflare's servers to load the icon font. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare in this process.

9. WhatsApp (Click-to-Chat)

Our website offers the option to contact us via WhatsApp. When you click the WhatsApp link, you are redirected to the WhatsApp application. No data processing by WhatsApp takes place on our website itself.

If you use WhatsApp, communication takes place via the servers of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. WhatsApp's Privacy Policy applies. Please note that WhatsApp may transfer data to the USA.
